Is it possible to add a picture under 1st column header.when you have 2 columns selected? Thanks

The two column layout is used for the archives and search results.

There are no plans to introduce the ability to display images below the page title that shows in the first column.
The older bundled themes are designed to only have a few carefully selected options and settings.

They do not include the ability to change the layout of the archive pages and search results:
For anyone reading this ticket and need this feature, I recommend changing to a block theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four. Since then you can change the layouts using the Site Editor.
