Display full content of "Pending" comment on WP Dashboard

Description

"Recent Comments" widget in WP dashboard displays a list of Pending and recent comments.
A "Pending" comment has all the action items - approve, reply, edit, trash, spam. But, these items are of no use, because the complete comment text is not visible.

It will be good to display the full content of the "Pending" comments.

OR

Add a toggle to display the full content without having to go to "Comments" page.
