Description
I have certain words (like Purchase) that I type 100+ times a day in a post. I have my mac set that if I type 'ppp' it turns to 'Purchase' if I type 'azz' it turns to Amazon and many others. They all stopped working in wordpress 4.8.2. They work on all other sites and apps in both safari and chrome, but no longer in wordpress. This is killing me!
ALSO, in Safari only, you have to scroll all the way up to the top of a post to reach the toolbox instead of it staying at the top of the screen.

Also, does the text replacement still work in other areas of WordPress? For example in the post title field, or in the fields on your profile editing screen.

It works in the title. It does not work in visual or text editing. It works in tags. It does not work in theme seo settings meta description, but it did in meta keywords. It does work in profile editing. It is a built-in keyboard setting on the mac. I don't know what I upgraded from, it's done automatically by my host.
Not sure if you also saw the part that the text editing tools also scroll away in safari?
Thanks for your report, @anasdiary, and welcome to WordPress Trac.
