Description

Currently the Network > Site Users screen always shows the roles available on the main network. It should instead show the roles available on the site to which the user is added/created.

https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/36961/36961.7.diff is already a possible patch that was added to an earlier related ticket, so this is fairly simple.
