Description

The current description of the WordPress Events and News widget is not relevant.
"WordPress News — Latest news from the official WordPress project, the WordPress Planet, and popular plugins."

  • Now the widget is called "WordPress Events and News"
  • The popular plugins feed was removed in the version 4.8
  • The description does not says that the widget displays information about upcoming events
