Description
can't resize images added to post by grabbing images corner handles when using default theme twenty seventeen.

My apologies that this ticket was missed for so long.
I have been testing this in the latest version of WordPress using both Twenty Seventeen and Twenty Nineteen and I have been unable to reproduce the issue. It's possible this was fixed upstream in TinyMCE.
If you are still experiencing this issue in the Classic Editor, please do reopen and provide more detailed instructions that someone can use to reproduce.
