Shake Tremor Bug on Admin Area

Description

When you have 4+ more themes installed and want to switch and move from one theme to another theme some glitch happen and you can see some tremor/shake on admin area.

I have made a video to explain this situation so you can reply the bug.

Can you describe the problem better, or provide the video again? The original is 404.

The shake bug I was reported 4 years ago was solved in WordPress 5.9 @SergeyBiryukov
