Description
WordPress running with PHP 7.2 in the city list added the city of "Saratov"
This is city is missing from translation strings
I have a screenshot attached

"Saratov" is indeed missing from the cities and continents translations here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/cc
Not sure how the list is generated, but Saratov is a valid timezone under Europe.

44574.diff adds 5 missing locations (according to my system's zoneinfo files) Punta Arenas, Saratov, Atyrau, Famagusta, Yangon.
Just did timezone_identifiers_list and looked at what's missing from src/wp-admin/includes/continents-cities.php

I only see one change (Saratov) in 44574.diff. Could you update the patch with the other missing locations?
City list in administation
