Croatian emoji flag is the nazi version

Hi,

The Croatian emoji flag which is automatically triggered when using regional symbol indicator HR (🇭🇷) is the Nazi version of the flag. These unicodes get translated automatically to the static image: ​https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/11/svg/1f1ed-1f1f7.svg

Please note on the center coat of arms that the top left square is white. In the current version of the Croatian flag, the top left square is red.

Thanks for your report! This is unfortunate. WordPress is actually using Twemoji (Twitter Emoji) which is why it's the same as Twitter's. Would you mind creating an issue on their repo at ​https://github.com/twitter/twemoji/issues as well? Our Master of Emoji, @pento, just created an issue for this: ​https://github.com/twitter/twemoji/issues/319

I've ​reported this bug to Twitter, I'll wait to hear back from them. Depending on how long they're going to take to fix it, we may roll out a fix just for WordPress in the mean time.

Twitter haven't released an update since this was reported to them, so I'm going to leave it until after they've done their update.

Twitter has released a new version of Twemoji with the fix: ​https://github.com/twitter/twemoji/releases/tag/v11.3.0

In WordPress 5.1, we've updated to Twemoji 11.2, but it's a bit late in the cycle to be bumping the version again. With this version bump, however, it's unlikely that this asset will be cached much yet, I've manually updated the image on the CDN.
