Updating PHP to Higher version

I was installing Facebook login and the SDK minimum PHP version is 5.4. can someone advce on how to go about this, please.

the message is : The Facebook SDK requires PHP version 5.4 or higher. Please notify about this error to site admin.

Hi @olayinkasola - This is not a problem with WordPress core. This is the plugin telling you it's requirements.

You need to contact your web host in order to update your version of PHP.
