Can't publish new posts

Description

I've recently installed version 5.0.3 and ever since then I have been unable to add a new post.

when I click on the publish button the title changed to Auto Draft and the body of the post is deleted.

I have deactivated all the plugins and I still have the issue. I have also the latest version of php is install.

I have two instances of wordpress using different themes and they both have the same problem.
