Description

In the development version (5.3-alpha-45292), I found the title of the accordion section is not proper in mobile (iPhone-6/7/8) device, so I have updated CSS code in the attached patch file.

@shashank3105 If you change accordian style then it will also affect in "Site Health Status" page. Updated patch to fix that alighment issue in "Site Health Info" page.
