Description (last modified by SergeyBiryukov)

There is the following sentence in the explanation of the set_user_setting function.

wp-includes/option.php: 970

 * Both $name and $value can contain only ASCII letters, numbers and underscores.

I think I didn't correct the explanation when reflecting [33840].

Shouldn't it be better to change the description?
