Description

When activating the classic editor the classic editor does not seem to load it's dependent styling. I have no console error.

Welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the ticket.

I'm unable to replicate this issue in a new installation of the trunk and 5.3.2. Does it still happen when using a default theme with all plugins disabled?
