Add images to be used in block patterns to the wp.org CDN

We need to add more images to the wp.org CDN. These will also be used for the block patterns to be released with 5.5.

These images have already been downsized and compressed. Ideally, they would also go under the core/5.5/ directory.

This ticket relates to new external calls made from a site owner's installation to an external site, as well as to the use of remote assets.
I do not see the use of these external resources as a major privacy concern, but will need to be documented by the privacy team as part of an initiative to give site owners the ability to disable all external calls, so just adding a workflow keyword for now.
