Description

When my service provider IONOS 1and1 upgraded my managed WordPress site to 5.5, the first thing that happened when I logged in to my wp-admin site was that I got a pop-up demandig that I consent to some cookies. I do not speak German and none of the rest of my displays on wp-admin are in German.
This was unacceptable as I had to try to get the German translated to see what I was supposed to be consenting to.

Consent management has not yet been integrated into WordPress Core, so hopefully one of the awesome forum volunteers can help you track down which plugin is causing the issue.
