Usability problem with Comment & Incoming Links on Dashboard

Description
Currently when I load the Dashboard and look at the Comments section, the Incoming Links section hasn't loaded yet (because it loads asynchronously after the fact). Then I go to click on my "2 comments awaiting moderation link" and *just* before I click, the Incoming Links section jumps in front of my cursor and I click one of the incoming links.
The Incoming Links section (and anything that loads after the page loads) should come *after* the Comments section OR the Incoming Links section should have a default height that prevents the content in the right column from jumping around once things are loaded.

h3h, I believe you reported this problem with the old WordPress interface. I'm not sure I'm able to replicate it with my setup - please could you test with the new interface in the 2.5 branch of WordPress. I'm going to close this ticket for now as it seems to work for me, but please reopen it after further testing.
