The administrator backend is not working properly.

Description

the administrator backend is not functioning properly.
In the standard when you slide the mouse over a menu, the submenu appear at the same time but it no longer works.

Also when I click on a plugin update, the total page refreshes or normally it is done directly.

I can no longer use certain plugins.

Is there a solution to resolve this issue without much hassle?
