Hi Team, please help resolve this urgent issue where we are getting fatal error due to plugin Go-exercise. Need urgent assistance in deleting the same folder from plugins folder.

I have tried below troubleshooting steps but in vain.

• Waited for recovery mode email but havent received it on any of the email accounts including admin
• Tried to modify active_plugins row from wp_options table using phpmyadmin but didnt fix the issue
• Tried accessing FTP from cpanel but the files dont seem to be in sync with latest website

This is highly impacting the business and I request you to look into this with highest priority and urgency.
