my website doesn't open and only shows me a blank page with the massage Could not include the bootstrap.php. One of the reasons could be open_basedir restriction !

Hi and thanks for the report!

Your site seems to be running properly again (unless you had/have trouble using the admin). If you still have a problem to fix on your site, the ​support forums are likely more helpful than Trac.

I did not find a bootstrap.php in the core WordPress 5.9 package, so this must have been related to a plugin or the theme. I'll close the ticket as "invalid" (not a core bug).
