Description
The featured image overlay look much lighter on Microsoft Edge than on any other browser.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Add a Featured Image to a Page or Post
2- View the Page on Firefox/Chrome/Safari and view it on Microsft Edge - compare

The color overlay in Microsoft Edge is much lighter
Expected:
I expected the overlay to be similar to what I saw on Chrome/Firefox/Mac

I noticed that the original report was over 3 years old so I decided to do a new test and I can no longer reproduce this problem, so I am going to mark it as solved.
