The Footer Arrow Icon is not hyperlinked properly

Description

I found a UX issue. In the footer of the HomePage, there is a huge arrow along with the Get started CTA. It must be linked with the Get started link. Unfortunately, it's not linked. SS: ​https://ibb.co/hmxmdrM
Please link the Arrow icon along with the cursor pointer tag in hover. Thanks.

This Trac is for issues in the core WordPress software. This issue you are talking about is a wordpress.org page, which has a separate Trac.
