Description

Hello I would like to report that links are opening in the same window even though we set parameter target="_blank".

This report probably fits better in the ​support forums, as the empty target attribute should be caused by a plugin instead of Core.

​One Click Accessibility includes "Remove the target attribute from links" among their features, so users can choose whether they want to open a link in a new tab or window.
