Category to Tag Converter Enchancements

I was thinking if it would be better if there could be a drop-down box in the Category to Tag converting process.

This way, if the user (namely, me) imported 50 or more posts from another blog, and then converted them from categories to tags, then there should be a drop-down, or at least an option for them not to be submitted to Uncategorized.

I spent a HUGE amount of time processing the posts from Uncategorized to Tech, for example. Huge deal, big annoyance.

Might be platform specific so if you want to provide some info there. However, more likely, it may very well be something gummed up with _your_ build. I had that happen when I was using trunk during the WP 2.3 alpha process. However, clean upgrades from WP 2.2.x to WP 2.3.2 do not do that now. We just completed 300 blog upgrades including tag conversion today so this is fresh in my mind.
