Description

Hello,

I need to add image or video embed code to the comments of some visitors, I am editing the comment, adding the code, the codes are deleted after saving the edit.

In summary, admin can't add media to visitor comment.

I'm sorry you are having issues with saving HTML to comments. Please note that Trac is used for bug reports and enhancements for the WordPress core software, not individual support issues or questions.

That said, have a look at the ​unfiltered_html permission that allows you to save HTML to comments.
