Description

LJ's export format has all dates in GMT, but the wordpress LJ importer treats them as local time.

#3034 says it's the opposite - that LiveJournal's eventtime is non-GMT. I can't find a definitive definition either way. Suggesting close unless someone is still having an issue with this.
