Issue With the Duotone filter With Image in Editor

Description

While Adding an Image & apply custom Duotone filter in it & choose custom Shadow & highlights to the image at that time image not display on front end with given shadows.
It works in backend editor, But in frontend it doesn't work properly. refer below video form same

This report validates whether the issue can be reproduced.

Environment

  • WordPress: 6.9
  • PHP: 8.3.30
  • Server: PHP.wasm
  • Database: WP_SQLite_Driver (Server: 8.0.38 / Client: 3.51.0)
  • Browser: Chrome 144.0.0.0
  • OS: Linux
  • Theme: Astra 4.12.0
  • MU Plugins: None activated
  • Plugins:
    • Test Reports 1.2.1

Actual Results

  1. ❌ Error condition doesn't occur (not reproducible).
  2. Duotone is applied correctly to images both in posts and pages while in editor and frontend.

Additional Notes

  • I believe the cause of this issue might be a plugin conflict or an issue with the theme itself.
