Hi there,
I recently installed WordPress 6.4 for testing purposes, and I couldn't help but notice that the Welcome text still referred to "WordPress 6.3 has something for you." I wanted to bring this to your attention and inquire if anyone else has also observed this discrepancy.

Thank you for your ticket but this is normal. The about page is usuaully one of the final commits. Its also still using a lot of 6.3 assets...
