I have tested WordPress Beta 6.4 RC1 version and some issue.

Post listing page arrows is not doing anything. For more information see mentioned screenshots and recording.
Also credit page on text color issue.

Hi @sumitsingh thank you for testing. I added information about color issue to the About page ticket https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/59289#comment:35
I checked the issue with arrow button that are doing nothing when there are no columns to show is present now, but also exists in the 6.3.2 as well. I can assume that this behavior can be traced way back for many versions (it can be checked additionally). So, this isn't exactly 6.4 issue, and we should address it separately in another release and because in the current state of the release we are only addressing regression.

As @oglekler noted, the issue occurs on at least one other release; resetting Version
to empty for now until the version that introduced the issue is identified.
