Logout error on Multisite with directories - Login subsites

Description
The multisite is created with directories.
The problem is that I get the internal server error when logging out the pages. Only the page defined as the main page still works. I created the multisite 3 years ago and the logout worked without problems on all pages.
I also renamed the plugin folder - without success - no logout even without plugins.
The error code “500-Internal Server Error” does not only occur when logging out, but also when directly calling wp-login.php for the subpages.
