Description
Hello ,
I just wanted to let u know that in the newest version 6.5.5 you can't access theme-editor.php from Administrator users , it is showing this "Sorry, that file cannot be edited."..

This is currently being tracked in #61488 which includes a patch that needs additional testing. As a workaround, you can use a code editor that you install on your machine such as notepad++ or VS Code

By the way i downgraded WordPress Version to 6.5.4 and it worked fine it only happens in newest version...
