Description

Since last update, the link option window is hidden behind the bottom edge of the editor, making link options impossible on links in the lower end of the text. This must be a bug in the z-index I guess.

I tried to replicate your problem using a fresh installation of WordPress 6.6.1 with Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and it appears to be working flawlessly. I would like to know more about your set-up, could you please provide more information. Or how i replicate your issue.
