Customizer: Search Icon within Search Themes filter is misaligned

Description

The search icon within the Search Themes filter inside the Customizer is misaligned relative to the rest of the UI.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Activate a classic theme.
  2. Navigate to Appearance → Customize.
  3. Click Change under Active Theme to switch themes from within the Customizer.
  4. Observe that the search icon within the Search Themes filter is misaligned.

It appears that this bug was introduced because of the warnings displayed in the customizer and should be resolved once the following issue is fixed.
