My Patterns (and others) not loading

I create a new page, click to add a new block, click Patterns.

Now I wait, and wait and wait.

Usually these load:
All, Accordion, Countdown, Essential blocks, Image Gallery, Post Carousel, Post Grid, Pricing Table, Team Member, Testimonial, Testimonial Slider, Timeline Slider, Woo Duct Grid.

Sometimes more load, but not always, if I reload the page I'm editing, it is more likely they will show up.

Finally, sometimes My Patterns load, sometimes not.

Whatever you are doing in the Admin to lazy load the patterns is not working. Maybe give me a button to force them to load while you figure this problem out because right now, its pretty much useless for building my web site.
