In Post List Table Extended View - place post excerpt in 2nd row spanning all columns

When in the WP Admin interface "Post List Table" a user has selected "Extended View", it would be great if the additional text, i.e. the long post excerpt for each post would be placed in a second row that would span all columns.

This way the extended view would immediately become more useful and for long posts in tables with many narrow columns you would use the available space much more efficiently.

In many cases a similar change seems useful, or at least not detrimental, for various types of custom post formats.
