Description
After comments support was declared for pages in [60987](60987), comments column and controls became visible as well.
Support is declared so that editor notes work and it makes sense.
Comments column on page list does not show / include count of notes. And commenting controls do not affect the ability to leave notes on the page.
Since WordPress historically has not declared comment support for pages by default, I believe the column and controls should be hidden unless plugin or theme explicitly and intentionally declares the support.
Props to @mirasus for originally spotting the comment controls.
