Deleting an administrator - reassign content function

Description
When deleting an administrator, the user is promoted to assign all posts to another user. on membership and ecommerce sites, the number of users can be high, and the select box slow to load.
it would be ideal if there was either a search capability to find and select the user, or the list did not include roles that are ready only (subscribers, customers, custom member roles).
