Description

With the recent updates in WordPress 7.0, a confirmation prompt was introduced when detaching a pattern in the block editor. While this is a wonderful safeguard for beginners to prevent accidental detachments, it currently introduces a speed bump for experienced users who frequently insert and detach custom patterns as part of their daily workflow.

Just learned about this, noting that the extra confirmation click can disrupt the page-building flow when repeated multiple times in a session.

Proposed Solution
It would be a great quality-of-life improvement to add a simple "Don't show again" checkbox directly within the confirmation modal.

If checked, this preference could be saved in the user's Editor Preferences. A toggle could also be added to the Preferences menu (e.g., under the "General" section) so users can easily re-enable the warning later if they ever change their mind.

Why this matters
Providing this option strikes a great balance. It maintains the necessary safety net for those who are still learning the ropes, while giving power users the autonomy to streamline their workspace and maintain project efficiency.
