According to the support topic, this was related to Elementor. Today, I did not find duplicate <title> elements on the homepage or Gallery page, so it seems to be fixed on your site.

Hello and welcome to WordPress Core Trac,
I can't reproduce the issue on a fresh installation with only Twenty Twenty-Five installed.
Could you please try on your side to reproduce the issue on a fresh install?
If you can't reproduce it either, then it's probably more a support forum topic than a Core/Theme issue to fix.
