Update the gutenberg packages to include changes made to wp/7.1 branch

## What

Gutenberg package update for WordPress 7.1.1: bumps the pinned Gutenberg hash from 943e0d8 to 8ae0957cfa0b3e5c270e75656a55591debc6def0 and regenerates the script loader manifests.

[!IMPORTANT]
Dry run — do not commit as-is. The new pin is the *head* of the still-open cherry-pick PR WordPress/gutenberg#82383 (cherry-pick-wp-7.1.1 branch), not wp/7.1 itself. That PR will be merged with "Rebase and merge", which rewrites the commit hashes, so after it lands this PR must be re-pinned to the resulting wp/7.1 tip (the build content is identical, so only package.json changes on re-pin; the regenerated manifests should be unchanged). The GHCR build artifact for this pin exists and its SHA-256 was verified during the build.
