Description

A public API for supporting viewport states in custom block controls was added to Gutenberg in ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/82741. The PHP changes consist of a wrapper around WP_Theme_JSON_Gutenberg::get_viewport_media_queries, which now needs adding to core.
