Syncing/backporting PHP/core changes from Gutenberg PR: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/82367
This PR adds the ability to use keywords when searching for Icons, not just labels.
For example, search for "menu" or "hamburger" will return the menu icon. Searching for "down" or "south" will return a down arrow.
