Description

The block editor currently supports left, center, right, and space-between flex justification. This ticket adds support for the CSS space-around and space-evenly values.

Gutenberg implementation: ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/71129

The corresponding PHP layout support needs to be synchronized to WordPress Core so blocks using these values render correctly without the Gutenberg plugin.
