Commens by authors should be distinguishable

There should be a way to distinguish comments by the author of the post, easily. I suggest we add a class to the li items which contain comments by the original author, like "authorcomment". This way, themes could assign this class to assign a different backgroun/border style/whatever to author's comments.

In threaded comments, there is: bypostauthor. For non-threaded comments and pre-2.7 themes, it's up to the theme author to do it.
