Description

A number of people have had trouble with the new arrow in the far right pagination boxes on screens like edit.php. They don't associate that kind of arrow with a Next function. Return to >> style for 2.7.

We should try to get away from this whenever/wherever we can; laquo and raquo aren't semantically correct -- they're quotation marks by name and by nature, unlike larr and rarr (left arrow and right arrow).

...and have a smaller hit target than standard arrows.
