You'll note for this typical administration page,
with the window names AFTER the blog names in the title,
<title>Annette B. Jacobson's articles › Manage Themes — WordPress</title>
how is one to distinguish such titles in one's browser's limited length
tabs? They are cut off. Therefore please reverse the order, like you already do for posts.
