Select Files button on Upload Media page overlays admin bar dropdown menu

A user chooses to Show Admin Bar in dashboard (Users > Your Profile). This displays the admin bar in the WordPress admin section.

When adding new media on the Upload New Media page, the Select Files button incorrectly overlays any admin bar menu dropdowns.

This is due to the Select Files button being a Flash item.

This bug is present in 3.2 as well as 3.2.1.

Sounds like the best way to get rid of this would be to switch to a new uploader, which we're doing in 3.3.

Unfortunately swfupload has incompatibilities with wmode=transparent, which would normally be used to fix this.
