Recently Updated plugin list is not refreshed always

Description

I have updated few my plugins recently, and found that "Last Updated" field is not always refreshed. Because of this plugin may not appear on top of Recently Updated plugin list and list on my [profiles.wordpress.org/users/sirzooro/ profile page] is not updated.

You can check few my plugins which I updated recently:
​Comments Cleaner - updated yesterday (10 Oct); (it was moved to beginning of my plugin list after previous update on 24 Sep);
​Link Juice Keeper - I updated in on 24 Sep like previous plugin, but last update date is still 2009-11-14.
