Buttons in sample permalink area need extra line height

Description

If you're on a small enough screen resolution that the 'Get Shortlink' button in the sample permalink area (on the post editing screen) wraps to the next line, the top of it touches the sample permalink text. The buttons need a top margin or some extra line height.
