Default widgets are missing

Description

Many of the default widgets are not displaying on the widgets screen. It seems that only the first register_widget in wp_widgets_init of wp-includes/default-widgets.php is working. If I comment out the register_widget for Pages, then Calendar shows up, etc.

I'm seeing them all in Available Widgets. Nothing in the error log?

  • Resolution set to worksforme
  • Status changed from new to closed

works fine for me. See #9695 however, as there might be some relation between your issue and the one I had.
